"Julie helped us evaluate a parcel of land in Vista, CA that we wanted to buy. She expeditiously put together a robust summary of the situation and provided us with various resources such as parcel maps and plans of future public easements. Additionally, she completed a thorough onsite walkthrough and provided pictures of the lot as well as informed us of increased construction costs that we were not aware of previously.
